Transmuting Anger workshop

Transcending Value-Based Judging workshop

"The final exercise effectively made it difficult for me to emit a harsh judgment, which demonstrated to me how much emotions could affect "rational" judging. That was a beautiful practical experiment to prove it." Marco Canepa.

"When you asked us to remember that fact [which usually generates strong anger and harsh judging in my mind] after meditation, to be honest I could only feel little [negativity] about it. It was as if I lacked enough (negative) energy to become angry about that. It made me think that negative judging and our bad or violent actions have to do with keeping negative energy within ourselves--with keeping a substrate from which they may generate. After meditation it was impossible for me to get angry. Even more so, I didn't even bother much about it, I would not engage that." Miguel Lagos.
